Please remember to freeze it! This tangyuan does not require you to thaw/defrost it!


The kit contains the following:

4 X Red Bean Tang Yuan

4 X Peanut Tang Yuan

12 X Mini Purple Tang Yuan

12 X Mini Pandan Tang Yuan

1 X Gula Melaka Sachet

3-4 Pcs Pandan Leaf


The soup is really simple. It is customisable to however sweet you want your tangyuan soup to be.

Using the gula melaka sachet, simply put the sugar into a pot of boiling water (depending on your pot size, you should put at least 400ml of water or 1.5 cups of water) and adjust the sweetness according to your taste (or your family’s)!

To add the pandan flavour, place the pandan leaves on the boiling water and allow it to slowly infuse the pandan flavour into the soup!


Fresh out of the freezer, immediately place it in the boiling soup (low heat) and slowly heat the tangyuans up.

As these are uncooked, the tangyuans will sink to the bottom (and might stick to each other), thus, it is important to stir it once in awhile.

The indicator - When the tangyuans float to the top, they are generally cooked already, however, if you’d want them to be softer- less chewier, you can continue to boil them for another 2-3 minutes.


Serve the tangyuans with a generous serving of soup, or serve it kosong to enjoy the natural taste of our tangyuans.

As our tangyuans were coated in a layer of flour, your soup would be thickened!

To further enjoy your tangyuan, you can let it sit inside the soup for a day to enjoy a gula-melaka stained tang yuan- a different flavour profile all together!!
