We know that home cooked food – made with love and quality ingredients, tastes different on our tongues. We decided to bring forth our kitchen to your doorstep, with flavours curated to Ah Mah’s Teochew Palette and traditional methods – reminiscing the times of the 1960s.
Living through the hardships of the 1960s in Singapore, Ah Mah made a living through selling eggs on her back.
She adapted and pushed forth her Teochew Kuehs and snacks to earn the extra “buck” – setting off her legacy.
As filial children to our elderly, we acknowledge that there are certain values passed down through generations.
We express ourselves through our food – putting forth the best of what our grandparents have taught us.
Honesty is something we value, and what you see is what you get – our kuehs and snacks are as true as our methods, with no hidden ingredients and made as natural as possible.
We craft everything with love and are committed to giving you the experience of nostalgia and tradition with a modern twist.
From our Teochew family origins, we learnt and held onto the traditional methods of technique and authentic tastes.
Starting from the fresh palette of a foodie, we aim to deliver traditional techniques laced with innovative, modern and unique flavours that fuels your desire for more.
